This Christmas make it personal

We have been really busy on the run up to this Christmas finding exciting new galleries to exhibit our work in. The results of all this are as follows.

Flight of Fancy

Our latest collection - Flight of Fancy - is finally finished. With this range we decided to take a step away from the delicate floral inspired pieces which have been our trademark.

We wanted to design a collection of larger scale, glamorous pieces which catch the eye and would look great on the catwalk. (That said, Jana couldn't help butt add a couple of cute pieces... take a look at the Sparrow Hoop Earrings!)

This collection is very different from our previous ranges, but it still has a distinctive vintage feel which we love and we hope you will too!

Our first body armour commission!

Recently we were commissioned to make a vambrace. "Vambrace?", I hear you ask. Its a piece of armour that was worn on the forearm to protect you from, well, loosing your forearm! Although normally favoured by swordsman, super heroes and pop stars are quite keen on them too and it was the latter of these that we made one for. She is the singer from "The New Young Pony Club" and you can see her sporting our vambrace by clicking this link, Chaos on Youtube (look out for the outfit with the spikey shoulder pads!). Here are a couple of pics so you can see it up close.

Year of the Bird!

Happy New Year, hope a great time was had by all. We sat in front of the TV with our little Girl. Ahh, the joys of parenthood...

We are currently working on a new collection which, I for one, am extremely excited about! Its a bird related collection this time, (a brave step away from our flower collections). Not sure what we'll call it yet, Year of the Bird perhaps!

Here is a picture of our first thoughts, we're aiming for classical with a subtle comic twist. Hmmm.

Anyway its gonna be great so watch this space.

Finally

Finally, the new website is finished! It was quite painful at times to get it done the way we wanted it, but we think it was well worth all the hassle in the end. So, thanks Rahul!

We’ve been really busy working on wedding and engagement ring commissions over the last few months, so we didn’t get to make much new collection jewellery. Fine bespoke jewellery is always a pleasure though. We have also been coming to terms with balancing work and a baby girl which certainly slows you down. I think we had a nano second of sleep in about eight months!
However, we’ll try our best to get at least a few exciting new things done for the Open Studios at the end of the month. Hope to see you there.
